The final amount — including taxes, discounts, and delivery charges — is clearly displayed to customers before confirming the order.
Payments made by customers are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
Gotilo Store does not store any payment card information.
All customer payments are first received into Gotilo Store’s account. Vendors do not receive payment directly at the time of purchase.
After the order is successfully dispatched and confirmed, Gotilo Store will release the payment to the vendor after a 7-day processing period.
Any disputes related to payments or orders will be reviewed and addressed by Gotilo Store in coordination with the involved vendor. However, Gotilo Store is not liable for any loss resulting from pricing errors or vendor-related issues.
Vendors are responsible for delivering products or services within the promised timeframe.
Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed before the customer places their order.
Gotilo Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
Return and refund policies vary by vendor and product or service category, and these policies will be clearly stated on the product listings.
Customers must contact Gotilo Store first to initiate any returns, cancellations, or refund requests.
Gotilo Store will verify the issue and coordinate with the vendor to reach a resolution.
We are not the seller and are not liable for any vendor non-compliance with return or refund policies.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Gotilo Store.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit permission.
User data is collected, processed, and stored as per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
